Weight loss by water-The benefit of Ice cold water

It is a Common myth that Drinking Cold water has no effect on weight loss,but Mythbusters have found Ice Cold water to be very useful for those who want to lose weight without doing any Workout. Lose weight at Home, While enjoying your sedentary lifestyle. Our body tries to maintain its temperature to 37 Degree Celsius,but if we drink Ice cold water ,say having a temperature 0 Degree Celsius ,then our body will burn some calories to raise the temperature. If we drink  2 litres of water at 0 Degree Celsius , we are burning 148kcal of energy which is equivalent to Walking for 31 minutes. So we can lose weight effectively if we combine Cold water and Exercise ,but dont drink excess of Cold water,as it makes the Digestive system much like a Refrigerator.
